How Tadalafil Works
Cialis (Tadalafil) is an RX medication used to treat male sexual function problems like impotence or erectile dysfunction (ED) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Tadalafil belongs to the class of medications called phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitors. For ED, Tadalafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis to help a man get and keep an erection. For BPH, Tadalafil works by relaxing the smooth muscle in the prostate and bladder.
